Advanced Blackjack

 
An all encompassing Advanced Blackjack class for the seasoned player. Using  standard classroom techniques plus handouts, training aids and real life experiences as examples, lead off from a review of basic blackjack strategy to why and how card counting works. Introduce various counting systems and suggest a system selection. Demonstrate numerous card counting practice drills. Highlight other complex skills including game selection, record keeping, and the development an “act”. Show how to bet and modify basic strategy using the True Count system. Introduce casino counter measures and how to avoid being barred. An extensive Internet list for blackjack information will also be included. Numerous handouts are provided along with demonstrations, drills and practice techniques. This class is for the seasoned player who wants to improve his or her game.

Texas Hold'em

This is a seven hour, three session program, normally spaced over a three week period. Learning poker can be the beginning of a lifetime activity of enjoyment, continual challenge and even profit. In this exciting class you'll get to focus on the basics of Texas Hold'em poker, while learning the rules, hand rankings, betting structures and strategy. Also covered is the importance of position, psychology, bluffing and tells. Each session bargains with a lecture and demonstration and ends with student playing poker with other students. The third and final session concludes with a Texas Hold'em tournament.
