Craps Terminology
Knowing the language is very important while participating in any casino game. Craps, like many of the games found in the casino have its own language. Here is some you should be aware of: "snake eyes," is an oldie but a goodie. Dealers will sometimes call it "aces". Both refer to the two-craps when there's a single spot showing on each die. "Mule teeth" may not be as familiar. It's when the dice show 12-craps and there's the maximum six spots showing on each die. Twelve is also called "midnight", and "boxcars". Never, but never use the word "7" at the table. Call it "Skinny Dougan" or "Big Red". Craps players are very superstitious so get to know the language before you say something while at the craps table.
